Taste the South

The “Schmeck den Süden. Baden-Württemberg- Gastronomen” are a state-wide association of regionally working restaurants. Numerous restaurateurs in Baden-Württemberg already participate in the initiative and set the standard for trustworthy regional enjoyment.

The “Taste the South” campaign was developed by the DEHOGA association in Baden-Württemberg and the Ministry of Food, Rural Areas and Consumer Protection. An independent inspection commission checks every year whether the standards are being met.

We are pleased that we meet the high requirements and are part of this great initiative. With our membership we document our quality awareness. At the Ochsen, you can be sure that only regional products of the highest quality are used to prepare our specialities.
